My brutal child custody case took three years to complete and Lizz, Alex and Irena were at my side every step along the way. I was able to get custody of my daughter thanks to their hard work and dedication. More than that, they didn't just want to win the case, they wanted to help our family be whole again. It wasn't just about winning or losing. They took an interest is doing what was best for my family and trying for my daughter to have a happy and healthy relationship with BOTH parents.

There are a great deal of lawyers in the metro Atlanta area. However, if you want to make things happen, this is the firm to hire. This firm believes in you, supports you, fights for you and will never give up. This firm is not afraid of judges. They know the law, and will hold other accountable. The system is not always fair. Justice is not always just. But, this firm is always on their game, always looking out for their client and always responsive. Results is important to this firm.

Hait & Kuhn is top notch. Look no further for your legal needs. They provide you with quick service, are very responsive and keep you informed of what is going on with your case. Alex is out for your best interest and is a straight shooter. He tells it like it is but he means what he says. He has a strong team behind him. Medical malpractice! I couldn't believe it happened to me. It was one of those cases no one wanted to touch, too costly, too hard to prove. I contacted five different attorneys and Hait and Kuhn was the only firm who called my back. After telling my story to Lizz, she knew she had to do something. 3 years later I finally have closure and a $1.125 million settlement. My advice to anyone going through something like this is to be patient and let Lizz and Alex do their job. I got my life back.

I consulted with Lizz. Although my litigation was in Florida and this wasn't a case Lizz could represent me in, she advised me of my rights to the best of her ability and offered me much support in this matter. She was available for questions and really helped me gain a healthy understanding of what was happening. I even emailed her at night & on weekends and she was available! I will seek any and all future legal assistance from Lizz Kuhn and her only. Her team really cares about their clients.
