Mr.Riotto and entire law firm helped me get out a huge legal issue. I was expecting the worst . But, the team was able to dismiss the case entirely ! Everyone in the office is very helpful and transparent! , Destinee Kessler and Mr Swift stood with me as a rock , If I ever had a question, all I had to do is call and or email and they reply back instantly with the information I requested. It has been a pleasure to work with James Riotto. My daughter needed help with being pulled over and having her car towed along with having her license plates removed and given a ticket. As I am out of state feeling helpless, James Riotto was on top of everything. Quick, professional response and kept both my daughter and myself in the loop every day. The office of James L Riotto is exceptional! I was FALSELY accused of speeding in a small town, by a state trooper. While driving home from a wedding in NY State, on a Sunday morning, I was pulled over and charged with driving 53 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. The officer shot the wrong car with Radar. I live out of state (MA). I contacted this Fantastic Law firm who represented me with out me even have to appear in person. They were able to negotiate my speeding ticket from a moving violation to a minor citation. Thank you very Much James L. Riotto Law Firm.

Mr. Riotto and his team are outstanding. He is well-informed, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was there for me every step of the way, even though I had never dealt with any legal matters before. I am so happy with the service we received. My daughter was in a fender-bender while away at college. With me being hundreds of miles away in another state, it was wonderful having the Law Office of James Riotto and Alexis there to take care of her. I had gotten a speeding ticket while vacationing in the Finger Lakes. The offices of James L. Riotto got back to me immediately and took complete control of everything. I was exceeding the limit by 15 mph in a country area that wasn't well marked. They reduced my ticket to a parking violation. No points. It was a great relief. The fact that they dealt with everything made it worth every penny.
