When you call you wait days for a return call they give you minimum information. They are only concerned about their fee good luck if you use this firm.

I'm suprised to see so many great reviews as everyone would have different experiences which is understandable but my experience with this law firm was a waste of my time, despite papers being sent to me they never communicated at all, the attorney never gave me a heads up which is something i didnt appreciate. I reached out to them to find out my case was closed, so I was shocked I didnt recieve any communication stating that it was. Next time I will seek another law firm this was a mistake.

My attorney literally did not show up for my hearing to represent me. This firm is horrible !!!

Our office has been in practice for over 90 years and this is clearly uncharacteristic of us. In fact, we believe this review was written by one of our competitors. To date, we have received no direct contact from this alleged client about this matter.

This firm does not communicate with its clients. What limited communication there is usually takes place over the phone and the other one of there paralegals. Any questions and concerns you may have will take weeks to get resolved because there is just no quality in servicing the needs of the clients. Oh but they do show up when it’s time to collect there fees. I’m urging all of my co-workers to never use this firm they are horrible.

Our office always welcomes and encourages our clients to stop in or make an appointment to see our staff and or attorneys. When a matter requires litigation to resolve an issue we set time expectations for our clients and explain the process.
