I have never been represented with such respect, and true concern for my outcome as I have had with Attorney Kearney IV. He made my experience while dealing with my legal issues a lot more stress free and I never felt judged for my bad choices, let led me to needing his help. I always received a call back and there was never a time I felt I was not a priority. His staff is friendly and efficient, always meeting my needs. I recently had the pleasure of having T.L. Kearney represent me in my first DUI case. T.L. Kearney was able to reassure me that everything would go how we hoped it to go, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was placed onto ARD without any uncertainty. T.L. even had me complete most requirements of the ARD program before I even was placed onto ARD, saving me time and stress. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have the best representation.

Mr. Kearney, in my opinion is what the standard of hired lawyers should be. Upon contacting Mr. Kearney he informed me of what I should expect. What could happen and what some of the possible outcomes could be in my particular case. It is in my opinion that anyone looking for legal representation with the utmost in professionalism and knowledge in his particular field would do well to hire Mr. Kearney as their attorney.
