TL came highly recommended for a first time dui charge. Throughout the entire process he was great. He was quick to give me things to be proactive, helping my case! He was amazingly punctual when it came to responding to my calls and emails of questions, no matter day or time. He was quick to respond! Will definitely refer others to him and the firm.

I was very concerned that I would walk away with a suspended license for a year and I am a single mom and could not afford to do that. After I hired TL, within days he had everything talked down to simply a fine. He was easy to contact, very down to earth, kind, understanding and professional. I’d recommend him to anyone needing help with their driving record.

TL and I stepped into the courtroom with hopes of having my driving on suspended lowered to a lesser offense… but to my surprise TL actually managed to get the whole thing thrown out! He’ll be the first person I’ll call if I find myself dealing with anymore legal issues in the future. Phenomenal work TL!

He was a great lawyer to work with. He took on my case very close to my preliminary hearing date for simple assualt. He was able to cite case law off the top of his head pertaining to my situation which gave me a good idea of potential incarceration, and also ways to settle the case without getting bound over to the court of common pleas. (Which would've resulted in being violated probation/parole + a new sentence) He got my case resolved at district magistrate. I can appreciate his analytical and communication skills! I'd hire him again in the future.

I found Attorney Kearney after my wife received a speeding ticket that would have resulted in a significant number of points on her license. I called the law office on a Friday afternoon and was very pleasantly surprised to be speaking with Attorney Kearney himself almost immediately. Upon our initial conversation, it was apparent that Attorney Kearney had an extremely high level of knowledge and experience with our situation and was confident in his ability to get the optimal outcome for us. Upon arriving at the hearing, it was obvious that Attorney Kearney had a good working relationship with the officer handling our case, and he was, in fact, able to get my wife’s charge down to one with no points and a smaller fine which is the exact outcome we wanted. I will say Attorney Kearney’s services didn’t come cheaply, but they were worth it. In my view, he is a very experienced, personable, and competent lawyer and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him
