Very professional showed a lot of compassion and understood my situation he listened to me gave me some advice which I followed and I didn’t even have to speak at my hearing he had my situation completely resolved! Fantastic traffic attorney in York County. I found myself in a really bad situation, facing points on my license and a 60-day suspension for an honest mistake I made. Contacting TL Kearny was the best decision I could have made. He immediately made me feel less scared, gave me actionable steps I should take to help my chances, and fought for me in front of the judge. Ultimately, my charge was dropped down to a MUCH lesser offense with zero points and no suspension. I am so thankful, and I highly recommend contacting him if you need any help with a traffic offense.

So many folks do not understand that when you get a traffic ticket it could likely indirectly carry points on your license, which will cause insurance premiums to skyrocket for years, or possibly even worse a lengthy driver's license suspension. At Kearney Law, we understand these indirect consequences that can occur with many traffic tickets in the vehicle code. Don't just plead guilty, at least talk to us so we can explore these indirect penalties from PennDot and help you fix and avoid them. We apply this expertise to every traffic citation that we represent our clients on to avoid points & license suspensions, to save wasted money on insurance premiums over years, and to keep people operating safely on the road.
