Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Very nice and attentive before received my payment, but right after doesn’t answer calls at all. So either he has more clients that he can handle or he just doesn’t care, or both! His advice was to do a chapter 13, however he didn’t explain in depth what this could do to me in the future. Now because of it I still need to ask him questions but forget it he won’t call me back and if he does he sounds really annoyed, like why am I wasting his time. Very unfortunate, maybe they are all like him but definitely be aware of the amazing reviews, it’s a head scratcher!
ALWAYS read the negative reviews before hiring an attorney. Hiring Mr Morrison has been one off the worst mistakes I have ever made. He knew my case wasn’t going to be the typical fill-out-forms-file-bankruptcy-and-be-done kind of case. I made it very clear that I needed a smart, knowledgeable, competent lawyer to go to bat for me and his arrogance accepted the challenge to end up screwing me. He knew how important this was. He knew this was my last chance to fight for justice and he has simply disappeared with the money I paid him upfront, of course. I have tried everything and nothing. A friend of mine who is also a lawyer told me that I need to file a complaint to save my case. I don’t want to but Mr Morrison has given me no choice. Do not hire this joker, unless you want to end up like me- depressed, broke and about to be homeless. He is not only a bad lawyer but he is also a bad person, which is worst.
I hired attorney Morrison to do my bankruptcy. After hiring I was told he would file bankruptcy for the beginning of July, but in fact it did not get filed until mid-January after my truck was repossessed. He has been impossible to contact, never returns calls, he was supposed to give me letters of authorization so I could speak to my mortgage company. That took 10 phone calls and email and 5 months. I called the trustee and they told me he has no staff and appears to be off the grid. STAY AWAY!
