"TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from Richard Rafferty. He's not a trustworthy lawyer, but rather a liar! He won't do anything to resolve your case. I had a personal injury situation, and he kept my case open for 8 years without making any progress. I would call him, but he never returned my calls. I believe he took money from the opposing lawyer, who was defending the company he was supposed to sue on my behalf. Then, he closed my case at the last minute. I believe in God, and I'm sure he will face consequences for his actions."
