Hired Attorney Richard Rafferty Jr.

"TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from Richard Rafferty. He's not a trustworthy lawyer, but rather a liar! He won't do anything to resolve your case. I had a personal injury situation, and he kept my case open for 8 years without making any progress. I would call him, but he never returned my calls. I believe he took money from the opposing lawyer, who was defending the company he was supposed to sue on my behalf. Then, he closed my case at the last minute. I believe in God, and I'm sure he will face consequences for his actions."

This law firm sucks they will NOT get a settlement. There is NO communication. Stay far away from this firm. They will string you along for 4yrs. telling you your gonna receive over 1000. But will get you only 2 months pay for a settlement. Went from 3000 a month to oooo. Thank you Eden and Rafferty .
