Hired Attorney David Payab Esq.

I was involved in a rear-end collision 3 years ago and, after an exhaustive search, found David. After reading numerous 5 star reviews, I knew David was the right choice. During our 1st meeting, he was very down-to-earth, listened intently to my concerns, and took copious notes as I related what had happened. On a deeper level, he demonstrated he truly cared about me and my overall well-being. For the next 3 years as I navigated my way through treatment, David responded promptly to my emails and calls. His expert legal secretaries always stayed on top of my case, especially with issues relating to Medicare. In the end, he negotiated a wonderful settlement for me. I would highly recommend David to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney. Note: 2 yrs into this case, I was involved in another rear-end collision, this time as a passenger. I contacted David who represented me in this matter as well. He handled this case as efficiently as he did the first. I couldn't be more pleased.

David is a fantastic option for legal counsel - I spoke to him through USC's legal consultation program seeking advice on terminating a lease as a result of the pandemic. He was extremely helpful and clear in explaining our options. He outlined a few actions he could take with management and gave his honest opinion on each of them. We now have a very clear outlook of our next course of action and I'm very grateful for his advice.

David is a true blessing in disguise and am fortunate enough to have access to him via USC's legal consultation services. My roommate and I were fraudulently induced into signing a lease that has led to the past six months of wondering what we can/cannot do as a form of being relieved of the situation. Fortunately, with David's guidance, we have been able to make ground on knowing our rights as tenants, what is legal/illegal in a rental property, among other things we didn't know. Thanks, David!

I was dealing with a terrible landlord. Not only was Mr Payab very knowledgeable, he was also intelligent on how he applied his knowledge. He helped me and my roommate formulate a strategy for responding and proceeding forward. He was very kind, honest, well spoke , and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly.
