If he does not know something for sure, he is very honest about it and will not mislead you with inappropriate or wrong info. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. I faced some problems with my landlord and the real state that I signed the lease contract there ; one of my friends informed me about the free consultation by Mr.David Payab at USC. I used his consultation 3 times and he really helped me a lot . Even I asked him some questions by email and he quickly replied me with his best advises and suggestions.
