I have been meaning to write this review for months now, I contacted Atty Deborah Higgins in reference to a business matter pertaining to false claims against my company. I consulted with Atty. Deborah Higgins about a probate matter: I was worried that my late father's landlord might seize my inheritance to pay dad's back rent. She reassured me that, unless he had a court order, he couldn't. She carefully went over nuances like family exemption & explained that, other than rent I, myself, incurred, I owed my late father's creditors nothing (but the estate might). She's an honest attorney-could have-but didn't-try to squeeze me for deep litigation! I do RECOMMEND.

I rang and was immediately impressed I actually got to talk to Deborah personally. I gave a few brief details on Friday, she then immediately made an appointment for the Monday! She greeted us personally as we entered her offices, listened patiently and attentively when we discussed our situation. Then went on to advise us in a very professional and reassuring manner of the best way forward for us? If visiting an Attorney could be a pleasant experience, this certainly was. I Highly Recommend!
The attorney was very helpful. She was also very nice and explained everything so that it was easy to understand. I recommend her to anyone. She helped solve a three year situation with me in just a few minutes. From my experience, she cares about her clients and I wish more attorneys were as professional as she is.
She was a great attorney she handled everything ,she explained it all to me so I could understand it all.she was very easy to get in contact with ,when we went to court it was so simple and everything went perfect.
She was good at "dumbing down" the complicated legal stuff for me so that I could understand what was going on. Her staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use her. If I need something from her that she does not cover, she refers me to a lawyer who specializes in what I need. Great job :o)
