Mr. Spaugh is an exceptional attorney. He is prompt and to the point and very caring. He came highly recommended by another attorney and now I know why!!
Great family law attorney. Has a very professional and caring personality. Expert in the field of child custody issues. Highly recommend.
Mr. Spaugh is one of the most intelligent, wise, and knowledge attorney I have know in my 60+ years of life. His representation of me was beyond his years of experience. He took my impossible situation and made me the winner that I never thought I could be. He was also recommended to me by another attorney. He spend time with me, he always answered telephone or emails I sent him quickly. He has allowed me to have the life I never thought would be within my means. He is competent & experienced
Robert Spaugh is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable counselor I've ever known. He is timely in communication, in filing paperwork, in all aspects of his area of expertise. He got me money from an ex who left me after 30+ years and wouldn't support me. Within 4 months, he was court ordered to pay me. THANK YOU Rob.
Very Professional, tactful.
I would like to recommend Mr Spaugh, he won my difficult custody case. It was a hard, long, battle but we stuck through it and came out on too. I would recommend Mr Spaugh, just be patient with him and he will get you through your case.
I have only had a consultation as of now. Everything sounded good on the phone, I will keep an update for posting.
After he received my money for a QDRO during my divorce, he just dropped/forgot about me. He did not return repeated phone calls to his office/secretary when I asked if he had filed the QDRO yet and when I could expect it. Then he lied about sending it and I finally contacted the BBB...that was what finally made him Fedex overnight my QDRO. It took almost an entire year for him to complete a task that should have only taken a week at the most. He just didn't care.
Very disappointed, people are usually upset when things don’t go their way but when your attorney doesn’t even try it’s difficult to understand. He started strong and you trusted him but he ended up lying to you the whole time.
