I retained Mr. Samelson as a defendant in a civil litigation in 2018. Mr. Samelson failed to advocate for his client, and did not promote an initial case strategy that would counter groundless allegations made by the opposing party. Rather than take deliberate steps to contain malicious claims, Samelson allowed the opposing counsel to fabricate allegations and did not step up to minimize the harm done with these frivolous claims. In my case, Samelson expanded the litigation by filing claims against a third party and undermined the ability to resolve what should have been a straight-forward judicial process. Samelson's missteps resulted in a litigation quagmire, now running in its fourth year. Although Mr. Samelson was replaced as my attorney by 2019, the damage was done. A competent attorney would have effectively resolved this case in less than a year. I don't need to mention how much this case has cost my family. I do not recommend Michael Samelson as counsel for civil litigation.

DO NOT HIRE!! Kathryn is the most condescending, unprofessional, and rude attorney I have ever been around. If you have questions, do not ask unless you wanna be talked to like a 6 year old.

Ms. Lonowski is not recommended as a family law attorney; especially as a male client. People in my position have never been through a life changing situation like divorce; especially when a parent wants to relocate 1300 miles away. I won the CFI. She failed prepare me for the PRE, she failed to have an overall strategy. She did succeed in taking $250 per hour for her "services". In the "trial", I lost my kids by being a good dad with morals and integrity. She did not help me at all.

Mrs. Lonowski represented me extremely poorly in a high conflict divorce. She was not willing to fight for my rights as a mother. On one occasion she told me I needed to make an immediate decision on an important matter, because she was leaving to go out of town the next morning. She contacted me with less than a week before a big hearing and informed me that she would not be represent me. She failed to submit to the court financial recommendations that she had suggested I obtain. Very bad

I can't comment Kevin's work, as he ghosted me on what seems to be a standard legal service. I found Kevin as his company has an office across the street from us. We scheduled an introductory call on a Tuesday and finished the call with Kevin saying he would send me an engagement letter as next step. I did not receive it. I sent an email late Thursday asking about the letter. Monday morning, I called, and left him a voicemail. Later Monday morning I spoke to his admin, who said he was in conference , but would call me back when it was over. I have still not received any response by end of week. In the meantime, I engaged a different lawyer, and signed an engagement letter.

I would highly advise not using Kathryn Lonowski. Her behavior is bullying, never advocating. She made grave errors in my divorce proceedings, one error in the amount of $600,000 that she laughed off and tried to blame on her paralegal. That said her paralegal was professional and greatly responsive. Family and friends frequently asked if Kathryn was working for my ex or for me. My divorce was horrendous and my experience was…it was Kathryn, my ex and my ex’s attorney against me. Her errors and guidance were egregious. She was aggressive and beyond disrespectful with me, often berating me, for months berating me based on her $600,000 error. I still consider filing grievance.

Did nothing which made it easy for him to walk away . Wants to be in charge but never applies himself , leaves clients open for more suits

Kathryn is abusive. Coming from a long time abusive marriage, anyone would expect their attorney to be on their side. Kathryn isn't on your side and is condescending, disrespectful and abusive herself. A person can't ask her questions without being made to feel stupid and at times called stupid. Avoid this attorney at all costs. She takes a bad divorce situation and adds stress, verbal abuse and frustration. If you're considering working with her, check the % of people that actually complete their divorce with her vs. those that end up firing her and going to another attorney. Waste of time and money to have to re-start mid process.

What a joke, Take $5000 and walk from case ? Really?? Stay away from this CLOWN OUTFIT!! No concern for client and severe lack of knowledge on my case. Left out by this company of Money owed to my family since they count seem to get emails 100' s of them from me??

It's hard to overstate how much damage she caused my family and the children with her ugly tactics, causing terrible rifts. Divorce is slways hard, she made it 10x more difficult and the only person who came out on top, is Ms. Lonowski. She is a bad person and has zero integrity.
