Cynthia and her assistant Michelle are incompetant people. Michelle is not capable of this profession as they typed up the entire emergency custody order motion incorrectly with typos, wrong heading( labeled Affidavit by (my name) like it was a book report and filed in the wrong court which lead to a rejection in the meanwhile having charged us over $2,000 for all the mistakes and time spent paying for hotels hoping we would get the court to hear our emergency plea to safely remove my daughter out of the house she is in. she was threatening suicide again. These fools need to stop practicing law or pretending they are. Michelle was just aweful not communicating properly with clients. She is alll personal and irrelevant with her diaolog choices. Never knowing what is going to happen next. Theres plenty more, but i had to rehire lawyers from my past custody battle and thier team definately know how to do all of this. I wish I would have remembered them sooner. You all deserve to be sued
I hired Cynthia in August 2021. Had a very bad experience with communication and never got my day in court before she resigned from my case! I retained her for $4000 and got only a few motions filed but never a day in court to let me motions be heard! Please don't not waste your money because she does not honer contracts that was paid in full when retainer!
