He had everything already prepared from a telephone conversation. I was impressed with his attention to detail and also being a good listener.
We wanted Title Insurance on a home we purchased in 2010 and it took until 2013 to get it. If you have time please use him but if you need something soon choose someone else. He did not charge more money for the time it took. Every time we called him he would call us back in a timely manner but with no information on the title insurance. On one of last calls he did tell us that he thought that we had the information we were requesting and then within a week or so we did have the info in hand.
