Hired Attorney

When faced with an extremely stressful court case regarding child custody jurisdiction, we are so grateful we hired Jamie S. Getty! She listened to our needs and went to work right away fighting for our rights and ultimately won our case of jurisdiction and visitation. I felt confident after speaking with her for the first time and knew she was serious and dedicated to our case... and I am certain this is her work ethic and how she handles all cases. Hired Attorney

Jamie has been an incredible asset. She has put so much time and energy into my case and after having consultations with many different attorneys she makes me extremely grateful to have decided to work with her. Jamie has always been straight with me and has always helped me to see legal situations as exactly what they are. No scare tactics and no sugar coating, just the truth followed by appropriate action that gets done what needs to be done. She also has shown a great deal of initiative and compassion for a treacherous custody situation and no matter the emotion involved she has always managed to maintain a clear and logical thought process. Without Jamie’s help I can’t imagine where I’d be and I am so thankful for her.
