I had an amazing experience. I had to deploy and had to deal with a traffic offense at the same time. Lea Ann and Mr. Deaver were of immense help the entire way. Each time any circumstance that would hinder my case came up, they handled the issue promptly and immediately. I have never had to worry about communication between myself, Mr. Deaver, and Lea Ann. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Fortunate for me, I wasn't hurt to bad. But, I did consult (for free) with Mr. Deaver. After speaking with him, I decided it would be in my best interest to have him deal with the insurance adjustor & try to get my medical bills paid for and maybe some cash in my pocket. It took a few months for me to get better & when the doctor released me, I called Deaver. They got to work on my case and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Cash & paid medicals.

He takes care of it all, like when one of my guys got a DWI. He was able to get him a paper license so he could get back to work. All I want to say is great, great, nice, awesome attorney!! I got a DWI and he was really easy to talk to. I couldn't pay all upfront and he worked out a payment schedule with me, got me a limited driving privilege, and I didn't have to go to court on my court date. Thanks Mr. Deaver!!

My son was arrested for drinking and driving. I called Deaver & Deaver for my son and because he is a student at UNCW, we got a discount on his regular rate. He quickly got my son a driving privilege to drive to work and class. I feel like we made the right decision hiring Mr. Deaver. He was very personable and told us how the whole court process works. If your child is ever in trouble, please contact them.
When I was stopped for speeding, the officer told me my license were also revoked. A friend referred me to Deaver & Deaver. I am very happy with the service I got. His assistant called DMV for me and found out why my license were revoked. She had the case sent to court, Mr. Deaver was able to get it dismissed :) and I paid a reinstatement fee with DMV and my license were in good standing again! & the speeding ticket was reduced to improper equipment! I would recommend this firm and day!!!
