Hired Attorney

Carter did not listen or pay attention to my case. He assured me everything would be fine. Drug it out and postponed the case for an entire year. I told him the obstacles we would be facing and urged him to prepare, but he ignored me and went to court unprepared. I had to help him fill in the gaps during the trial. So disappointing. I could have totally won if he had cared or paid any attention at all to the details. He is completely absent, intoxicated, and worthless as an attorney. I believe in the height of his career he could have won any case. Such a disappointment to himself more than me. At this point in his life and career, he just doesn’t care. There are so many better attorneys out there. Don’t trust he will do a good job for you.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
