About Nathan Aaron Shook

A partner at Giannasca & Shook, Mr. Shook joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in-house with a mid-sized general contractor in the Hudson Valley, focusing on risk management and contract drafting and administration. In addition to his legal experience representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors, Mr. Shook brings years of hands-on experience in the construction industry to the firm.

Nathan became a LEED® Accredited Professional in 2008 as well as earned his Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation. He also graduated from the AGC of NYS Future Construction Leaders of America program in 2007.

Nathan received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and a BA from Marist College. Nathan is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New York State and is a member of the Westchester and Dutchess County Bar Associations
