I have short experience having David as my lawyer. Before I hired Mr. Bliven my case was handled by not friendly referee, and court appointed lawyer, that care less about the case, and on the top of it hostile opposing council. For me it was, I would say emergency situation after court appointed council failed my case. Luckily I could take out loan and hire David. From first meeting with referee, he put everything in order. He took my divorce case in the middle of negotiation, day or two before

Mr. Bliven made sure that I was prepared for all court proceedings, aware of my rights, and spoke very eloquently when defending me in court. If I ever have the need for representation in a family court matter in the future, I will definitely call David first.

Going through a divorce is tough enough. Having to choose an attorney is, well, I’m sure by now you have an idea! The uncertainty and having to ask yourself over and over… did I make the right choice. I looked at an overwhelming number of reviews on divorce attorneys and did quite a bit of research looking for one. I chose David Bliven. I couldn’t have been any happier in my choice.
