Hired Law Firm

(Mr. Sena deceased April 2021) In 2008, I paid him $1,500 then $5,500 to handle processing my Immigration and Naturalization case documents for my green card and for my US Citizenship with USCIS at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC. He received my money, gave me no receipt and did no work. My USCIS file shows he did no work. Fraud. I want to report this to the NYS Bar Association, Westchester County Court, to USCIS NYC & Wash., DC, and respectfully request that ALL my monies paid to Mr Sena Esq. to be refunded ASAP back to me, with 1.5% per month interest included, until he repays me in full $7,000+ interest NOW. His estate needs to pay me back and mail a check to me for $7,000+ interest since 2008 to present date to (w/ POA) PAB Services LLC PO Box 8130 White Plains NY 10602 on behalf of Somsri Praponpoj, 41 Barker Ave. Apt. 5M, White Plains, NY 10601. Thank you.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
