Hired Attorney Rita Jerejian

Colluded with adversary and worked against me. Consistently gave advice which benefited the other party. During important mediation meeting was on a Zoom call with another client and did not pay attention to my case. My case lasted 18 months, I paid her over $30K, surprisingly and contrary to her assurances I got a bad outcome in court and got last month surprising bill for $13K. I tried to negotiate that bill down to a reasonable level and her firm is now suing me for the full amount plus high interest. All potential clients should know this about her and her firm.

Hired Law Firm

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Laurie regarding a family law lawyer. Her communication skills were abysmal, making it incredibly frustrating to get updates on my case. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I faced consistent roadblocks, and my concerns were often ignored. To make matters worse, the results of her representation were nothing short of horrible. I had expected a certain level of expertise in family law matters, but unfortunately, the outcome was far from satisfactory. Adding to the frustration, I was denied any form of refund despite the lackluster service and poor results. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability for subpar performance. As it was agreed upon in the retainer that she would no longer honor. What's even more concerning is that, after expressing my dissatisfaction, I found myself blocked from their contact number as my calls did not go through, my emails went unanswered and messages were undeliverable. This lack of profe

Hired Law Firm

Worst experience with attorney and firm ever. No exaggeration. TL;DR Took initial retainer & stopped responding to outreach. Cliché. More than two weeks of silence. Now waiting for them to return the certified documents to me that I mailed to them and the retainer they volunteered to return BACKGROUND: I began this journey in July, and interviewed a bunch of attorneys. Waited until Paul returned from vacation to make a final decision and ask if he could take this on. Seemed to be a mutual fit, so I sent dollars and docs around Aug 3rd. Was relieved thinking I found help, so I could return to being caregiver, but this short engagement was the complete opposite of "relief." Got a call the next week and was excited, thinking there was progress. It was Dena, an assistant to Paul Townsend, calling to ask what the case was about. Which was weird, bc it was after I paid the retainer. You don't know what I paid a retainer for? Paul didn't say? Then neither responsed to emails Aug 17-31st? RUN
