It was a long process, but resulted in the winning of the case. Tom and Nataly were pretty good and we enjoyed working with them. Otherwise, it was a fantastic value for money and Tom is running a good law practice.

I trusted Thomas Mirabile with my immigration case, and he shattered that trust completely. He filed the wrong form and even inserted the forged signature of my deceased ex-husband. My I-485 was filled with biographic mistakes — false criminal answers, mixed-up passport information, and missing names — errors that damaged my credibility with USCIS. He never collected the joint-sponsor’s financial documents, which triggered a devastating RFE. During this crisis, he left the country without telling me, ignored my messages, refused to release my file, and when I tried to retrieve it, he actually threatened to call security on me. Because of his negligence, I had to hire multiple attorneys and spend over $17,000 to repair the damage he caused. This experience caused enormous financial and emotional harm. Please be extremely careful before hiring this attorney.

Do not trust the lawyer, he's a big scam. He will take your money and he will never respond, You will make up a lot of stories just to disappear, When you try to call him and he answers sometimes, You try to find out what happened to your case?He will tell you.I use your money for keep calling me, Use the money to travel aut of the states, never Represent you at uscis or sending anything to them G28 . AVOID THIS SCAMER AVOID HIM SCAMER SCAMER

After reading all these positive reviews, I decided to hire Mr Mirabile for my legal case. The documents subbmited to the USCIS by Mr Mirabile were declined by the USCIS. I waited a month for one of the forms to be corrected. According to the attorney Mirabile, it was only the year of the form: it had to be 2024 as he previuosly submitted 2021. Whose job is it? Even though the USCIS in their Notice clearly stated that the form was not completed. I have to consult another attorney, since Mr Mirabile left out of the town for several weeks, which I found out after two days from his staff. The submission time for these documents are limited. Mr Mirabile had a month to resubmit those documents before he left the town. All this situation causes me panic, and stress. On my initial consultation, Mr Mirabile promised all the process to go smoothy, but its turning opposite, no progress, no commitment , no competence .
