I had a very unexpected legal matter arise from my ex-husbands girlfriend. It was a crazy situation but Cat Sheehan took the case and immediately took charge. Hired Attorney John W. Demling

John was hired in 2019 to defend me on a lawsuit against me . He was clear, very knowledgeable, very transparent . He will always reply to any emails. He set always realistic expectations . I will not only recommend him but he will be my to go attorney moving forward . Highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney John W. Demling

I know John Demling well. His ability to make fair and reasonable decisions is a low priority. He will cause excessive legal fees to be run up which hurts the client immensely. Evidence and truth are not something John Demling values. He has biased viewpoints that affect his ability to make rational decisions. His motivation as it relates to what I experienced is to make money, I have found John Demling to make mistakes in cases where he does not know the law or how the law works. He did not know that filing a QDRO was for only pension accounts and 401k accounts. He insisted that a QDRO could be used for IRA accounts, which it cannot. His insurance and his lack of knowledge needlessly caused excessive and unnecessary additional legal fees. I would not hire John Demling. His lack of knowledge of the law is astounding.

I am their current client and it’s a nightmare to deal with them. You have to follow up multiple times to get a response and even one of their lead lawyers accidentally shared an inappropriate email with me. If their leader is like that you can well imagine the rest. I would not recommend this Law firm to anyone. I have spent around $6000 already and it doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere. The only thing that is timely is the Billing Email. It’s an utter disappointment. In my view pls look for another firm if you are already signed up with them. You are just wasting your money and time.

Hired Attorney Lynn M. Mirabella

Ms. Mirabella served as a court appointed mediator on my case. I attended two sessions along with my ex-wife in order to mediate our parental custody/ allocation. The initial session seemed fair and impartial and I had hope of a fair agreement (as much as you can expect in a divorce with children involved). The second session was a 180-degree turn. She seemed more one sided and focused towards the position of my ex. Upon reading her report to the court, our agreements were misspoken and misrepresented. It took me 6 months and a GAL to undo what had been done. As frustrating as it was for me, my boys were the victims of the decisions that she made through her documentation. It created more care-givers for them and allowed my ex to take more time away from me. I was sadly disappointed in how this was rolled out. It was unfair and untruthful. It cost a lot of time, money and 6 additional months of stress on my boys. Be warned and be careful.
