Ms. Mirabella served as a court appointed mediator on my case. I attended two sessions along with my ex-wife in order to mediate our parental custody/ allocation. The initial session seemed fair and impartial and I had hope of a fair agreement (as much as you can expect in a divorce with children involved). The second session was a 180-degree turn. She seemed more one sided and focused towards the position of my ex. Upon reading her report to the court, our agreements were misspoken and misrepresented. It took me 6 months and a GAL to undo what had been done. As frustrating as it was for me, my boys were the victims of the decisions that she made through her documentation. It created more care-givers for them and allowed my ex to take more time away from me. I was sadly disappointed in how this was rolled out. It was unfair and untruthful. It cost a lot of time, money and 6 additional months of stress on my boys. Be warned and be careful.
