Mr. Guidace is an experienced, knowledgeable, and ethical professional who is fair and NOT greedy with regard to fees. He is also genuinely concerned and compassionate which are often rare qualities and important during times of stress which can be the case in legal matters. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family if they needed an attorney in his area of legal practice.

I paid for a service that was never fulfilled or filed. I don’t get a call back when I have left numerous messages. STAY AWAY unless you want to be taken advantage of!

I was never hired by this person and I never represented this person. I successfully handled a nearly four hour Friday afternoon closing for his wife's home purchase which he was not a part of.

We had a good few initial conversations. I thought he actually cared about what I was up against in my employment fraud situation. He was responsive at first. We made an agreement, I paid immediately really believing in Daniel. What a mistake that was. He did nothing and I was left in a worse situation than before I met him. He didn’t answer any phone calls, emails or texts after a while. What’s weird is he lives just four blocks away. I spoke to another attorney that said he is the worst kind of attorney that makes it bad for everyone else. I filed a complaint with the ARDC of Illinois. He owes me a refund.

Fixed fee/no limit on time spent. My strategy yielded an unexpected windfall. Contacted parties/wrote/revised several letters & spent >15 hrs on case and would've spent many more. I remain available to continue. Client panicked, attacked, abandoned me.
