Genuinely one of the most caring people I have met. I had no clue where to even begin to navigate a court case or how to get help. He not only helped advice me with what to do next with my fiances case, but he also walked me through the entire process so I understood all possible outcomes. He checked up on me emotionally as well and took the time to fully understand my situation, something every other lawyer didn’t even consider. He answered every call even if he was busy and he would make sure he made time later if he couldn’t talk. I am beyond grateful for your help getting my fiance out and keeping my head on straight through the process. I’d recommend him to everyone.

Working with Giudice Law (Daniel) was a great experience. Dan came highly recommended by a close friend who had worked with him in the past. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He is very upfront with options and potential outcomes. We had a little bit of a a difficult case as we had several things come up with our particular case, however Dan went above and beyond to do additional research and get us the proper answers. He was very honest and truly cares about the clients he works with.. We are truly so grateful for his caring, compassionate nature. Mr. Giudice was recommended to me, to represent my wife and I in our divorce proceedings. Once I sent the initial email/contact to Mr Giudice, he quickly responded - within a day (I believe) - and began communicating with us in a professional yet compassionate/personable manner, that almost immediately eased our stressful nerves. The more we communicated with Mr. Giudice, the more he would educated/help navigate us through legal procedures and paperwork that were quite foreign to us - turning an unfortunate situation into quite the un-daunting partnership. No matter if you thought you were asking a "stupid" question, or maybe sending too many inquiry e-mails, he always responded right away with excellent clarification and answers - his patience showed he truly cared about us as clients. Mr. Giudice goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are at total ease and confident knowing that he is their representation. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Total professional.

Went to Mr. Giudice for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy 5 years ago. I just successfully completed the bankruptcy with his help along the way. there were several challenges along the way and Mr. Giudice made sure we did everything necessary to protect my case. I would highly recommend him!!!

My neighbor trespassed and destroyed much foliage on my property. Mr. Giudice filed suit and took on my neighbor's insurance company. After nearly a two year battle and many attempts to dismiss my complaint, Mr. Giudice tore my neighbor apart in a deposition and shortly after the insurance company extended an offer I couldn't refuse. I was elated. Mr. Giudice is professional and unassuming but becomes tenacious when appropriate. He was fun to watch!

Mr. Giudice represented me on a second offense DUI. I was so afraid I'd lose my license. He was patient and determined. I know the fee I paid couldn't possibly have covered all the court appearances he made but he wouldn't give up. The prosecutor would not offer anything to keep my license, so Mr. Giudice did a trial for me and won! I would recommend him to anyone!
