About Mrs. Andrea Christine Kryszak

Attorney Andrea C. Kryszak has been practicing law for more than eighteen years. She joined Seeley, Savidge, Ebert & Gourash, Co., LPA in October, 2022. Previously, she owned her own practice at the Kryszak Law Firm, formerly known as Kryszak & Associates. Previous to that, she worked for Lessing & Kryszak; the Law Offices of Robert E. Lessing, Jr.; and Lessing & White & Roig. She focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate (Probate) and Trust Administration and Real Estate Law. Ms. Kryszak's commitment to the community is manifested by her current involvement with the Lorain County Bar Association as chairman of the Probate Committee. Previously, Attorney Kryszak served as a board member for Kendal of Oberlin; the Lorain County Office on Aging; Common Ground: The Cindy Nord Center for Renewal, in Oberlin, Ohio and New Riverbend Homes, in Elyria, Ohio, where she served as president of all three boards. She also served on the Lorain County Bar Association's Executive Committee as a member, officer and chairman. She was also on the Women's Fund with the Community Foundation of Lorain County. And, she is an alumni of Leadership Lorain County's Class of 2005; BNI; the Working Women Connection and she formed her own networking group with other professional women in the community. In addition to the Lorain County Bar Association, Ms. Kryszak is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. In her spare time, Ms. Kryszak enjoys writing and is now a published children's author, under the name Andi C. Kryszak. Her latest book, "My Name is Curly," is about her rescue dog, Curly, and how she envisions his life before they rescued him. Ms. Kryszak is also a member of the Erie County Conservation League. Andrea Kryszak was very thorough in working with our case involving a guardianship of a relative. She was very efficient and started gathering information immediately. The case concluded with success in having the guardianship granted. The relative passed away and we are know in a case contesting the will. Due to legal ethics, we are using another law firm. When documentation was transferred to the new firm they were very impressed with her work.

Andrea explained options to us, walked us through various scenarios, pointing out possible consequences and benefits from each option. In the end it was our decision how we wanted the estate plan to play out. But it was up to Andrea and her qualified and capable team to author and process it. All of our questions were answered. Andrea is very easy to talk with and very experienced. She took the stress out of the process and made this critical step in our estate planning easy.

I sought Attorney Kryszak's services upon the unexpected death of my father. From day one, Andrea was very understanding, informative, and supportive. Andrea responded very promptly to every request and took the time to explain the process, next steps, and what was expected of me as the Administrator of my Father's estate. In addition to Andrea's professional expertise, she is warm and down to earth. I am comfortable asking questions which she answers clearly and concisely. She is not reluctant to confide that she needs to inquire elsewhere for information. Her responses to my calls and emails come within the same business day. She uses time effectively.

Ms. Kryszak is very knowledgeable; has been and is informative and helpful to me discussing my husband's estate; she has contacted various agencies for me to discuss, negotiate and to settle certain matters. She is very kind, understanding; never rushes me out of the office; responds very promptly to any correspondence, e-mails; phone calls that I place to her for any concerns I have. I am very thankful that she is handling the probate estate matter for me & highly recommend her to others.

Hired Attorney

Andrea was excellent with Medicaid Estate Recovery. The amt owed to Medicaid was $60,000.00, and she was able to get it reduced to $14,000. I now have my mom's house back in the family and all of their debts are paid off. I could not have done that without her. She guided me through a rough time and I was still able to keep the family happy even though we had a small amt of distribution money between me and my two brothers. Everything was done timely and we are all getting along fine.
