Hired Attorney Carolyn C. Phillips

Would leave negative stars if could. Carolyn caused me to be imposed over $26,000 in sanctions. She wouldn’t answer questions after opposing council gave her extensions. HOA case where my neighbors had violated CC&Rs. Carolyn amended complaint and took all viable, important causes of action out. Never added Davis Sterling Act. which was key. Talked down to and berated me. Kept telling me to settle when I had done nothing wrong. New attorneys had to start over and fix all her mistakes.
