Hired Attorney Joe Rose

We contacted Joe to help our daughter with an employment issue. The case wasn't enough for Joe to take on officially, but Joe still took the time to get to know the facts in the issue, get to know our daughter and gave her some excellent guidance and advice. He even helped her compose a letter to her employer. All this was done without any payment. We are extremely grateful as he helped her maintain her power and dignity in the situation. This was definitely above and beyond what was called for!

Working with Joe was great. He always took the time to make himself available to speak with me and was always prompt in his email responses as well. I had an audit with my real estate brokerage that needed a response to the DRE. Joe worked with me to draft and submit a response and I was pleased with the outcome. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
