Does not nickel and dime me...informs me of progress when there is sufficient info. to relay; uses strategies effectively; Knows CFL broadly and deeply. Demonstrates a great deal of perceptiveness about what will take place before it does. This is the second time I've engaged Richard and have been very satisfied with the results both times.
Mr. Ross and his team worked with me, especially when it came to money. I paid the retainer over a course of a few months, once that was gone they continued on my case with an agreement that I will pay them when I am able. In fact, I currently owe and they are working with me for a payment plan (further posts will follow about this). He accomplished the results I was looking for.
