A lawyer is a lawyer. When a lawyer listens to a person who asks for legal help, he begins a client relationship. But, when lawyer changes from lawyer/client to “compassionate,” how did that effect the outcome? Was Hrycak ever interested in helping solve who was harassing me? He said, “peel back the layers.” I went to Hrycak in March 2017 with a serious issue of a person harassing me. Though tough to prove, because a person harassing is careful not to get caught; nonetheless, a “no contact” letter reminding the person, may have given me some sense of security. I continued to get property damage and theft at my business office. I reported to police. I told Hrycak in June and Aug. 2017 and still no concern that maybe the events were escalating. May 2019, two years later, I was forced to give up my office space. What was the point of my timeline if Hrycak never acted or terminated the client or “compassion” relationship? Hrycak was not hired, but continued to take my calls.
