Mr Price kept me informed of all the relevant details as we prepared for the case. He and his partner explained the process to me in clear terms. We were well prepared for the case which caused the other side to push for a fair settlement. Our time was not wasted - the firm took care of all that they could while I was allowed to carry on with my normal responsibilities.

Hired Attorney Mark Hektner

Mr. Hektner had no consideration for right or wrong. His only interest was to settle the case quickly at any cost. We as an association, had no responsibility to pay for the unit owners drywall. Why was this settled? It sends a very bad message to all owners on how easy it is to file frivolous claims and get compensation.
