I've used Eric Cheshire, PA over the years for my divorce and he handled it in an understanding but prompt manner. I've recommended him to other family and friends and they've been elated with his representation also. Will hire him again if I ever need an attorney for my legal needs.

Hired Attorney Eric C. Cheshire

I had Mr. Cheshire handle a name change issue for me and it was such a smooth and easy process. He went to court with me to stand before the Judge and helped me with any questions I ever had. Would hire him again for any legal issue I might have in the future.

Hired Attorney Eric C. Cheshire

Mr. Cheshire was the best attorney I could have asked for. I have hired him multiple times to represent me in my divorce, and again to represent me in a child custody battle with my ex. Eric was attentive, responsive, quick to act, and beyond impressive litigating. Currently, all of my custody issues have been resolved, thanks to Mr. Cheshire, but should they arise again, I will most definitely retain his services again.

Hired Law Firm

So many hidden fees. Dropped off paperwork and unknowingly got charged $170 for a conference! You cannot speak to him without getting charged. Then when settling the bill, he will not take any responsibility for being misleading, tells you to read what you signed and refuses to entertain the thought that his client might actually be right. He’s great upfront but will take advantage of you in the end.
