Forget about this guy - amazing talker (great lip service and promises) and that's it - zero results after 2 years. Simple case of getting Medicaid for my disabled father. Excuse after excuse, always somebody else's fault regardless that the firm failed to follow up - the only time you hear back from the firm is after months go by and you call to complain, then you get an immediate response (consisting of a phone call) and an excuse of why your disabled father is without in home care.
After working with a partner at Shalloway & Shalloway for almost two years trying to get an elderly parent approved for Medicaid, the firm's lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism became untenable. An email to Mr. Shalloway asking for an explanation and a refund was completely ignored. Shameful.
Charged my grandmother $4000 and did bare minimum also cost us 30,000 in losses because of their negligence on timely matters. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Bar as well.
