I definitely got my money's worth. Mark gave me a complete package with everything I needed. He laid out a roadmap of what I would need to optimize my family's estate. What I liked the most was that he and his staff worked with me to customize the Trusts and POAs to what I needed versus just getting the standard template. You can get a standard trust agreement from many lawyers which will give your trustee ultimate power to do anything, but if you want to specify what you want to happen if you become incapacitated for instance, then Mark and his staff work with you to write something that expresses what you want. I personally like to control my own destiny! I highly recommend Shalloway and Shalloway.

My brother and I called Mark and Christine during the worst of the Covid pandemic when our cousin in Florida was affected by a stroke. Our cousin lives alone and we are his closest family members and his POAs. We were unable to get to Florida to work though the situation.
