All I can say I wouldn’t recommend them. I was in a bad car accident with a construction company and had to get a metal plate put in my neck and I was still receiving care and my attorney Cindy did not request for trial to be pushed back. So I had to settle for a little bit of money. They do not communicate with one another. I spoke with Mrs Loveless her paralegal 98% of the time. She is very good at responding back quickly. The receptionist is the greatest as well as the gentleman that tries to help with the damages to your car. I thought my first experience with a law firm would be way better. They do not fight for you or care if you went into debt behind the accident. You can’t even get a response back if you can get an advance when they know how much you’re getting back. I suggest you go to another law firm that supports you all the way around. Such a big law firm but doesn’t care for there people. Well let me say my lawyer Cindy didn’t. Wish all those well who have them.

They totally dropped the ball on a personal injury I sustained at a Catholic Monastery. Injury required surgery and several years to resolve. Still Symptomatic.

If there were a rating less than one star, I would probably give them a zero based on my experiences with their firm. I would NOT recommend hiring this law firm to manage your personal injury claims.

THE WORST AGENCY TO HIRE! SARAH AND HER SUPERVISOR ASHLEY THE WORST! MY ACCIDENT HAPPENED ALMOST A MONTH AND I ONLY RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE! I’VE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE THE STATUS OF MY CASE AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME ANYTHING. SPOKE WITH ASHLEY THE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME MY CASE WAS IRRELEVANT THAT’S WHY THEY HAVEN’T WORKED ON IT! NEVER NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A RIP OFF !

I received an inattentive, lazy, case worker who never answered the phone, and never returned my calls. All of my medical bills were sent to their law office in a timely manner, so my case manager could take care of them, as she said she would, and yet, all my bills were sent to collections. I received notice after notice in the mail, and I called and called only to be sent to voicemail and then never hear back from her. It was a NIGHTMARE. I will never use their services again.
