Carolyn did a great job working with me on my father's estate after he passed. She guided me through all the required steps to complete the filings/returns and she is very knowledgeable on the process. She made this difficult situation easy for me and I knew I could trust that she had all our bases covered. I valued her opinion and the process went exactly as she told me. I was very happy with the work she did and I would hire her again.

i was talking to a friend and asked them if they knew of a good divorce lawyer and there name was brought up in conversation. Everything started out ok but, soon i was calling them and not getting any return calls, waited for days then weeks to hear from them. I talked to friend who suggested them to me and told him what i thought, he must have said something to them because things did get a little better shortly after.

This company just completed my grandmother's estate settlement. Having experienced a few estate settlements, I am familiar with the process. Previous estate settlements (with other firms) that involved property and other complicated issues, the longest it ever took was about 9 months. This, however, was a very cut and dry estate. There was no property involved, and my grandmother had everything spelled out very clearly. There was nothing complicated with this estate. It took them over 13 months to settle the estate. They told us we were on the home stretch at the seven month mark, and then they had to file with the state for an extension. There were multiple clerical errors. They didn't change addresses, that they were given months earlier so information went to wrong addresses. They misspelled names. They sent us a copy of the breakdown of the estate with another lady's name on the top. I would not recommend this firm to do any estate work for you.

Thoms Fosnocht has been handling my brother's estate for two years and still there is no resolution in sight. He has not even paid the taxes. The beneficies have had no contact for months regarding the resolution of the estate.
