He responds to your needs and gives you a detailed description of your legal rights, informs you of what problems to expect, how he will be handle them, and when things will happen. Expensive, unresponsive, sold us out. Worked strictly with the juvenile and didn't keep us informed of what was going on or what to expect therefore pushed things through that we were not made aware of.

I can't say for the whole practice, but my lawyer for my divorce was pretty incompetent. Errors range from copying and pasting other peoples agreements and my ex-wife's lawyer had to point out. Lack of response when e-mailing and recently asked for help resolving a support agreement and never heard back. Of course I was charged for the work, but not informed of the outcome. Due this incompetence, I was almost put into arrears and having wage garnishments. You know who informed me of this? My actual ex-wife. I would not recommend this place in confidence due to the one lawyer I was assigned. I will say that when they had my full retainer still in their pocket they seemed to be more communicative and responsive. But, once it ran out and I needed help here or there is when they showed how they really think of their clients.
