Hired Attorney Linda S. Vanden Heuvel

Linda helped me through a very confusing time with my child custody case. I felt like she was always "in my corner" and kept my child's best interest at heart as well as my own. Hired Attorney Linda S. Vanden Heuvel

Due to the complexity of my case, Linda was highly recommended by her peers. Linda was straightforward; she did not candy-coat my case in the least. Although she does not overtly share details on her plan of action, she shares what you ‘need to know’. Linda has done what others have said could not be done in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone who needs legal help. If you are looking for someone whose reputation is results-driven, then Linda is the attorney for you.

Linda helped me through the struggles of my divorce. She always helped me keep my head up and my spirits high, even though I was going through the hardship of divorce. Hired Law Firm

I was told I would be having Linda represent me and Chris (who at the time had no experience in Family Law) was who ended up representing me even though I was charged the same hourly price. I was told I should go for full custody for my kids and after they filled all of the paper work they told me it would be a that I should drop it. I made copies for their office of all of the paper work pertaining to the case and then was charged a month later for them to make the same copies.

Hired Attorney Linda S. Vanden Heuvel

I changed attorneys because I felt my original attorney lacked experience. Based on erroneously positive reviews and her time in the field, I chose Linda. She seldom responded to my inquiries and requests for follow up and when she did it was a trivial "thank you" for which she would charge me a ridiculously high fee for. On day of court, she did not even show up but sent an associate attorney who was not familiar with the case and had even less experience than the person I replaced.

Hired Attorney Linda S. Vanden Heuvel

All she cares about is money! She wrote so many drafts of proposals that I never saw and was charged for. So many emails that and you are charged for each one. I would never recommend her to anyone! I had to do everything, home appraisal, and all other things and he didn't have to do any thing. He was the sole bread winner, wanted the divorce, I'm disabled and unable to work. Ended up getting a different attorney THANK GOD!

Would not recommend to anyone!! Does not return calls, answer questions and does not make you feel like your case is any priority. Could have represented myself and saved $5000 Because they won't do a thing for you. They make you do all the leg work for needed information and put it on paper for the courts for you. This you can do yourself so don't waste your money on linda representing you. I hope that this helps somebody from going threw the same thing as I did. I just wish someone would of said something to me sooner and saved me the money to put towards a divorce attorney that wants to work for me. Would not recommend linda Vanden Heuvel to anyone!!! Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Hired Attorney Linda S. Vanden Heuvel

So she wrote a book, that must make her a great lawyer right? WRONG! is there an option for ZERO Stars? She is so bad I don't even know where to start. She says she will fight very hard for you then does the opposite. Her communication is horrible. She does not explain anything to you and leaves you in the dark. She is Very UNresponsive and gets back to you when she can. Her schedule is so booked that all court dates that she schedules are months longer than they should be. The Temporary Order she wrote up was canned and benefited my ex so much so that I though she was secretly working for her! Ask to see a statement and see how long it takes to get one! I got a surprise bill for over $1500 thinking I still had hours left on the retainer. All the one sentence reply emails were ridiculous which then generates more emails to ask for further explanation. 20 minute in person meeting and she charges a full hour! What a waste of money she was! !!!! Stay Away - You have been warned !!!!
