Mr. Wenzel worked on two real estate purchases for us, one, the residential purchase was a piece of cake...closed on time, no problems. the commercial property however had so many twists and turns, it was a nightmare, but Derek navigated through it all, and we were able to close the deal feeling confident in our purchase.
