The at tourney treated me as if I was the person being sued. Wouldn't answer my repeated calls. Took just under the 6 years to end the case. At the end, I recovered 150k from my auto insurance. Of course less their cut and all kinds of filing and other expenses. When my wife and I were reading the book we were surprised they took 33%. The contract was for 25% unless it went to court. The lawyer tried to scam us. We got the rest of our money after a threatening phone call.
