My daughter was detained on alcohol related charges In Athens. After receiving several recommendations, and a consultation with Mo I hired him to represent my daughter. During the consultation, Mo was sympathetic and non-judgmental, yet straightforward about what to expect. He explained best and worst possible outcomes so my daughter and I both understood what was ahead. Fast forward a few months and I am happy to report the case was concluded with the best outcome possible. I highly recommend Mo, not just because of our outcome but because he clearly has the experience, the contacts, and the temperament necessary to assist those young adults that still occasionally make a bad decision.

My son qualified for a public defender but,with only 6 days left before hearing, I called Mr. Wiltshire's office and his secretary took down the facts of our case and forwarded it to him since he was in court all week. She said he would email me. The next day I called the secretary's office and asked if he had decided he could not take on my case. She said he had given her a message to give me. He was referring me to another attorney in town who would represent our son well. That is proo

Mo is tremendously knowledgeable about all areas of the law. He knows how the legal system works and researched every detail of my case. He gave me the honest truth about how I stood in the eyes of the law and put in the time to establish the best defense for me. My case was very serious and Mo argued my case with the DA and got a greatly reduced sentence!
He is very personable and a good family man.

Mr. Wiltshire went above and beyond all of my expectations. I am 21 years old and was arrested for DUI even though I blew under the legal limit. After looking around at several lawyers in the Athens area, I came across Mr. Wiltshire and instantly felt the most confident in his approach to my case. Other lawyers felt that the best they could do was getting my charge reduced, but Mr. Wiltshire got my case completely dismissed before my court date.
