• Young man denied Pre-trial intervention program. The allegations were that the defendant was dealing drugs to undercover officers. The trial judge agreed with Mr. Aiello and admitted the defendant into the program. The prosecutor appealed the decision to the Appellate Division . Mr. Aiello wrote a brief in opposition and the Appellate Division agreed with his position. Again, the prosecutor appealed to the Supreme Court and once again the Supreme Court agreed with the defendants and Mr. Aiello’s position and he was admitted into the program.

• Defendant had a gun and committed a first-degree robbery. He could have received a prison sentence between 10 to 20 years while serving 85% of the time under (NERA) The no early release act. The plea offer was originally 12 years. Mr. Aiello negotiated with the prosecutor resulting in a second-degree sentence of five years. He then made a motion to the sentencing judge to treat the defendant as a 3rd degree offender and not a 2nd degree offender. That motion was granted and the defendant’s sentence was reduced to three years. If you are charged with a crime please contact Mr. Aiello and his team of criminal trial attorneys.

In regards to criminal law, motions to dismiss resulting in acquittals for the defendant, motions to suppress resulting in acquittals for the defendant, negotiating excellent plea-bargain for defendants and wins at the appellate division for criminal defendants.

The quality of service I received from Christopher Aiello and his firm was outstanding. They got me the results I wanted and so much more. They made me feel like I was their only client. They kept me updated as to what was going on, and they gave me a fair price for their services. I would highly recommend using their services if you are ever in a bind.

I hired Mr. Aiello for two traffic violation tickets one of which he got completely dismissed and the other was significantly reduced in price. Through the whole process he remained professional, knowledgeable, and very well organized in how we would go forward all the way through the court hearing and to the final verdict. I highly recommend him for any incidents within his scope of practice.

Mr. Aiello helped me with an employment contract I had signed with my current employer. He was very knowledgeable in the subject matter and had many other similar cases to draw experience from. He was also very easy to talk to, and answered all my questions in extraordinary detail. I would highly recommend him and his team, and will be sure to reach out if I need legal representation in the future.

I have nothing but great outcomes from Mr. Aiello. He has helped me on multiple cases and has gotten only great results. When I was searching for lawyers I was grateful I found Mr. Aiello. The first conversation I had with him was exceptional. He was very understanding about my situation, he even took it a step further to ask questions pertaining to the case that I had left out, unlike many other lawyers I had dealt with. He went over the main points of the cases and made sure that I was 100% understanding the rhyme and reasons for everything Him and his staff are very professional. When you first appear at his office, you can start to see how serious and well-put together Mr. Aiello is about his work. The secretaries are very kind and helpful, made sure everything went smoothly. I strongly recommend Christopher Aiello. If you are ever in an unfavorable situation, Mr. Aiello will do his best to find the most optimal solution to your dilemma.

Chris Aiello is everything his impressive bio reads -- and more. With his background as a prosecutor, and his hard-earned reputation for excellence, he is able to navigate through the legal process with dignity and respect -- and get the best possible results for his clients. I was facing a very serious charge that would have impacted my earning potential for the foreseeable future. Chris believed in me, and my case. He fought for me, pleaded my case, and charges were dismissed.

This was my first experience being summoned to court for traffic violations had me stressed and anxious. I had called a number of lawyers looking for counsel and Jim was the most honest and forthcoming with information to help me decide if I could represent myself or needed help. I thought I hired a lawyer but truly, I got a great team of attorneys who worked and collaborated together to answer my questions and explained what to expect. Jim, Chris, James, and John were professional, knowledgeable, calm, and kind. On the day of, Mr. Aiello represented me and gave me the best possible outcome. Afterwards, he called to make sure I was okay. Understandablely, he advised me to drive safely and reminded me what steps I needed to follow if something similar happened again. I am grateful to have hired them. Tips to keep in mind when calling their office, please request an attorney call you back if their staff support is unable to answer your questions.
