Hired Attorney Charles D. Whelan, III, Esq.

We greatly appreciate and respect Mr. Whelan. He represented my 90 year old Mom in selling her old home, and a helped us with a complicated contract for the new. He is competent, knowledgeable, professional, and took care of my Mom as if she were his own! He patiently made sure she understood every paper she signed, despite the "other side" trying to make light of the process. All contacts were answered promptly; his advice and guidance were indispensable. We were so glad he was on OUR side!

Hired Attorney Charles D. Whelan, III, Esq.

In 2005, I was struck by a car and sustained serious injuries. In 2012, I learned that my case had been dismissed two years prior due to my attorney’s failure to provide discovery. I then found Mr. Whelan who obtained a court order restoring my case. Under a severe time deadline and with no cooperation from my prior lawyer, Mr. Whelan was able to obtain all my information and settle my case for a very satisfactory amount. I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation.
