Hired Law Firm

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Timmons on my case. His professionalism, communication, and ability to explain legal concepts in a way I understood were invaluable. He flew in for my hearing, filed the motions, and got my situation resolved with a short hearing. I highly recommend Mr. Timmons to anyone seeking competent and trustworthy legal representation.

Hired Attorney Peter Pullano

He lied to my family and never helped us. He cared more about being on television then providing the best possible service. Money and notariaty was more important than keeping his promise. God is going to deal with him. He hung out with the DA and assistand Da while on my childs case but wouldnt help him.

Hired Law Firm

Paid $150 for hr consultation with attorney regarding employment matter. Of course they are eager to take on case and push for $2500 retainer to get started. I was advised they would immediately submit a demand letter. Took over a week for them to submit a demand letter. Contacted them multiple times about it and said if they delayed much longer, I would no longer have a job. They said not to worry. If I was let go prior to completion of demand letter, they would include it in the damages. However, what they failed to mention is they require another $25,000 to recover those loses. Insane. Business model is set up to hook clients with a reasonable $2500 retainer - which they do practically nothing to earn.... then sit back and wait till you are forced to seek litigation to resolve original matter, where they get to claim it requires another $25,000 (in my case, for them to clean up the mess they are partially responsible for creating to begin with!)

Hired Law Firm

Hired Tully Rinckey for a employement matter with the Federal Government. Upon hiring I explained that I was severely ill and needed help with the legal matter and was in a financial bind because of my illness and inability to work. This firm told me I had a case made promises and never did anything in the end. After $6k invested they did nothing. I feel they take advantage of people who are ill robbing them of their money.

Hired Attorney Daniel Gvertz

Daniel double even tried to triple charge for a consultation, never showed up for either court date and had another attorney in the same firm go to court for him. He then charged multiple charges that should not be something(speaking to another lawyer in the same office or any other lawyer) screams at clients and belittles them for wanting to protect their children. Refuses to bring any evidence that the other parent is lying to the judge and just shrugs you off! He’s simply a shyster! Disgusting!
