The Washington DC Office neglected to make sure all of my hospital bills were submitted to the liable parties insurance company there was a judgement placed against me for thousands of dollars.

Johnny Cochran is dead. So is his expertise. This firm is like most. Get you in and if you have a good case, sure they will take it. 40% is a lot, almost half. They will file a few papers and once they get discovery, they will talk you into a settlement. You can probably get that much or more talking to the other firm because if the attorney is involved they know you will be asking for 40% more. I would tell them 20% if you settle and 30 if you go to trial. Or try to negotiate it yourself

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
