I hired Allison Van Kampen to represent me in a case against a major tech company, and she exceeded every expectation. Allison is trustworthy, professional, and incredibly responsive—always keeping me informed, prepared, and confident in each step of the process. She understands the landscape of Big Tech at a deep level and speaks the language fluently, which gave me a tremendous advantage. Beyond her expertise, Allison treated me with genuine empathy and respect, never losing sight of the human impact behind the case. She balanced compassion with sharp strategic insight, representing my best interests with skill and determination. As a negotiator, she was laser-focused and unwavering, securing a fair resolution while ensuring my voice was heard. Navigating such a challenging and intimidating situation was far less overwhelming because of her dedication and advocacy. I am truly grateful for her support and would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking representation.
Working with Cara was the full package. She was very calm and extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job at describing the law to me in a clear and concise manner. I came to Cara after I had a horrible experience with another lawyer. After our initial conversation I knew I was in good hands and felt that way through the whole process. Everyone in the office was professional and always responded in a timely fashion. It was stressful at the end but I always knew I had her in my corner. She and her associate enabled me to retire with dignity which i would not have been able to do had I not pursued the injustices of my company with Cara.
Shira is an wonderful attorney who goes above and beyond for her clients. Her attention to detail, dedication to finding the best solution, and strong communication skills are outstanding. I highly recommend Shira for any legal matter and am grateful for her representation in my case. Thank you, Shira!
Hannah Cole‑Chu recently worked on my case and not only was she very attentive to my case, but I greatly appreciated her assistance throughout this process. Hannah made it very smooth and always took the time to provide clarifications for my questions. Additionally, she was great about following up and consistently keeping me abreast of any updates/progress. Very professional attorney, would highly recommend Hannah and her firm!
Molly and the team provided the upmost representation. She made sure I understood every step and the process. If I had any questions she answered them in a timely manner. Thank you Molly!
With over 15+ years of experience in one of the New York’s most cutthroat industries, I found myself in the devastating position of being terminated following a major surgical that resulted from a long-standing reproductive issue. Having never been involved in litigation, I was shell shocked, scared and utterly overwhelmed. In search of an excellent lawyer, I was fortunate enough to receive an introduction to Allison. Within the first 5 minutes of our initial meeting, I was able to find comfort and confidence in the fact that a superstar was in my corner. Allison is what I can only describe as a Unicorn: A tenacious and brilliant lawyer, but most importantly...a compassionate, empathetic and dedicated person who holds her work and commitment to her clients above all else. Allison single-handedly navigated complex multi-entity case on my behalf, resulting in a victorious conclusion in what I can only categorize as a modern-day “David & Goliath” scenario.
I urgently needed legal advice. Tammy took the time to understand my issues, reviewed and commented on the agreements and provided solid advice regarding my options on how to proceed. She was clear, concise and very professional. She was well worth the price I paid for her services.
I had an urgent matter and sought legal advice, based on other reviews and news articles of this firm. They responded promptly to my request, and set up a meeting with a partner, Tammy Marzigliano. Every person I spoke with, from the initial conversation with a paralegal to a phone call from a managing partner, was collegiate, understanding and very helpful. I highly recommend this firm.
I decided not to pursue a case, but in discussing my situation with Wayne, I found him sympathetic and encouraging. I couldn’t have found a better advocate for employee rights. In two of the 4 evaluation categories I only gave 4 stars, but that is due to the fact that I didn’t take the case very far, not due to any deficiencies in Wayne’s or his firm’s performance.

•Four low-wage factory workers whose supervisor persistently sexually harassed them.
•A cleaning woman whose employer forced her to work increased hours and perform dangerous manual labor when she became pregnant, and ultimately fired her for going to a doctor appointment.
•A gay, HIV-positive administrative assistant who was fired after complaining about discrimination by his supervisor on the basis of his sexual orientation and perceived disability.
•A low-wage immigrant restaurant worker who was fired after falling at work and requiring surgery.
