Rodnae was outstanding. Not because she won our case but because she heard me, she listened to me and she advocated for me against another attorney who thought because I didn't have JD behind my name that I didn't know what I was talking about. Rodnae was exceptional because she cared.

His office represented me recently and did a good job. It was a situation where I was charged with a felony and was looking at jail time. He was able to keep it off my record and no jail. He made me do alot of preparation for the case but he knew what he was doing and it was all worth it!

I met with him and his associates several times. He did what he said he could do and I really appreciate his help.

There was very little communication from James before my trial date and when my trial date came up he switch me to his associte Zachery without any knowledge to me. He didn't return my calls and I had to call his office several times before I contacted anybody there.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. After my case was already closed, I was billed again for “closing” fees — essentially being double charged after the matter was finalized. This is not only frustrating but also feels deceptive. If you choose to work with this office, I strongly urge you to carefully check every single invoice. Make sure you aren’t being billed for services after your case has ended. Customers deserve transparency and honesty in billing, and I did not experience that here.

Do not to use this law firm. I thought I liked them, up until they performed a very belated conflict of interest check (which should be the very first thing a good lawyer does), dropped me like a hot potato (because they know my husband), and left me in a lurch 2 hours before a critical legal proceeding with said husband. This effectively left me alone to represent myself. I am not a lawyer, this was a very bad situation. They gladly took my $5,000 retainer, though. I've asked nicely for a refund. They have no right to this money, I never signed a retainer. It's been 4 weeks and I need my money back to pay the new lawyer who will actually show up in court. Save yourself a lot of grief and just don't use these guys.

Having this firm, and specifically George VanDuzer, handle my divorce was a one of the worst experiences I have had with any professional service provider. If you want charm and smooth talking, and want to pay a bundle for it, this is the place to go. Wanting to file for divorce and being told this would be simple and inexpensive, I had to wait for 3 weeks at a time between communication - initiated always by me - and then be told "I should be able to get that done later this week or early next." When he didn't know how to proceed, I had to pay for his research time. Eventually, my spouse's lawyer took the lead and not only filed but sent George the forms I would need to sign. My opinion: he did nothing for me. Nothing. Except bill me in excess of $10,000. Then, to close my case, $900 more. Why would I have to pay to close my case. Keep shopping.

Zachary called me after the first attorney I was dealing with at his firm quit without notice. He then proceeded to lie to me about the status of my case, erroneously claiming that the prior attorney did no work, and was in fact lying to me about the status of my case. Zachary's motives were clear- he ended the call by asking for thousands of extra dollars to complete what the prior attorney did not. Once it became clear that Zachary had 100% lied to me (the documents filed by the former attorney were eventually resubmitted to the courts), I asked to speak with him and attain a resolution. He brushed me off with a link to file complaints with the courts, showing zero remorse for the thousands of dollars and months of time wasted on my end. Do not trust this man.

I can’t even begin to explain how terrible my experience has been with this law firm. I paid $60,000 for legal representation, and all I got in return was complete negligence and zero communication. The lawyer I hired was NEVER prepared for my case. I had to fight my case in front of a judge because they couldn’t even do the basic work required to represent me. I tried reaching out multiple times, but the lack of response was shocking. My lawyer wouldn’t even talk to me or keep me updated on what was happening with my case. No advice, no preparation, nothing. And now, I’m left with nothing but a huge financial loss and the stress of dealing with this mess alone. I have posted a video on Google Reviews detailing my experience, and I’m warning others—DO NOT go anywhere near these people. They are corrupt, unprofessional, and only out to take your money without giving anything in return. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take my advice and look elsewhere for legal help.

I had a very frustrating experience with this firm. Their lack of knowledge and expertise was evident throughout. Important legal details are mishandled, and I often had to correct mistakes they made. Their advice was inconsistent and frequently off-mark. The final outcome was far from what was promised, and I felt like my case was handled with minimal competence. I would not recommend this incompetent firm to anyone seeking knowledgeable and reliable legal representation.
